Can I get a refund?

Digital Downloads

In the event that a product is found to be defective, the vendor is unable or unavailable for support or the product description misrepresents the product a refund may be issued. Issuing refunds is at the discretion of the Vendor and/or the Renderosity MarketPlace staff. Refunds will not be given for software items that clearly state on the product page "all sales are final, no refunds" so please be sure to read product pages carefully before purchase.

Before refunds are issued, we ask that the Buyer please contact the Vendor first to give them a chance to support their product. When a refund is issued, the Buyer needs to delete all files associated with the product and may not use the product. Customer-initiated chargebacks/disputes may result in a permanent ban from Renderosity.

Product availability: Once a product has been purchased and downloaded the customer has accepted the merchandise. Renderosity keeps the products purchased available for future downloads if needed. However, we suggest that you archive your purchases after downloading them since we cannot guarantee future downloads of removed products. Members banned for TOS violations will not have access to their purchase history after a permanent ban so be sure to archive all your purchase history as well.

Store Credit

If a product has already been downloaded, we are unable to issue a refund unless the Vendor approves it. A credit for the amount of the product will be issued. Refunds in the form of in-store credit or replacements may be issued only within 30 days from the original date of purchase at the discretion of the vendor and/or the Renderosity Marketplace Staff.

Shippable Products

The same refund information for Digital products applies unless specifically stated on the product page that "all sales are final, no refunds will be issued". Renderosity will not be liable for shipments lost in the mail. However, we will make every effort to correct the problem. Items damaged in the mail can be replaced if returned to us.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing error, defect, or damage you may notify Renderosity within 24 hours after you have received your product and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Renderosity reserves the right to determine the validity of claims of manufacture errors, defects, or damage.

Clearance Products

Items on clearance are non-refundable.
